Perhaps yoga is something you have considered?
We co-produced a wee information sheet on Yoga with a yoga teacher, answering the questions people wanted to know about Yoga.
As with anything, if you have concerns about your health, speak to your GP or other health professionals to see if this is for you, and make sure any class you join you share any health concerns you may have with the teacher where appropriate.
There are often local classes free or for a donation, so it needn't cost a lot of money.
You may find local healthy living centres or other community groups are running classes.
