Working together is what helps make the magic happen

COPEScotland were really delighted and honoured to be offered a chance by MindWaves to take part in a podcast to share a bit about who we are and what we aspire to achieve around the development, provision and sharing of ideas on approaches to supporting someone in mental or emotional distress to help them suffer less

We had met MindWaves before when they kindly offered us the chance to learn more about Podcasting, something when our new COPEDigital website goes live, we are keen to develop.

MindWaves is a peer participation project led by volunteer community correspondents across Clyde Greater & Glasgow.

This wee video tells you all about them.

The team we have met at MindWaves have all been really passionate and enthusiastic about what they do and helping the voices of lived experience be heard around mental health and wellbeing.

We really look forward to working with them again in the future and thank them for offering us a chance to explain a wee bit more about who we are and what we stand for.

If you haven't visited their site already please take the time to do so, maybe even take a wee minute to subscribe to their Blog.

Mind Waves

Mind Waves is a peer-led project to read and share positive news about mental wellbeing. Their network of volunteer Community Correspondents seeks out stories so theycan keep you informed about things that support good mental health in Glasgow and Clyde.
