There are many reasons why we can experience guilt.

This tips sheet may offer some points of reflection which you find of value. We all only have so much energy and it's important we use it where it has the most impact.

Guilt unchecked can drain our energy, learning to forgive and move on, or make amends where we can, helps our wellbeing. It's important also to recognise where you may need professional support, as these tips are general wellbeing and do not replace counselling.
