Sometimes due to stress, low mood, compassion fatigue and other life challenges, we may find we just can't be bothered with other people!
Maybe you are quite happy with your own company and don't want to feel under pressure to socialise or be interested in others.
If this is something that genuinely supports, your wellbeing that's fine.
However, if you would like to feel more connected to others then being interested in others is a good place to start. The tips sheet may offer some useful points for reflection. Often for our emotional wellbeing, we value people being interested in us, we can also be kind to others by taking an interest in them.
