Service Delivery Standards
Individuals referred to the service will be offered an appointment within 10 days with a follow up appointment within 7 days.
Packages of support will be determined in partnership with the individual seeking support and led by their needs.
Where COPE cannot meet those needs support will be offered to seek help elsewhere. Support and progress will regularly be reviewed with the individual’s worker and monitored through support and supervision.
Individuals using COPE have the right to complain if they do not feel the support they are offered is effective or if they have any other complaint about the service.
If individuals need support to make a complaint they can seek independent advice from Drumchapel Advocacy Project who would support them to make the complaint.
