There can be many reasons we have lost interest in what previously gave us pleasure. During COVID-19 and lockdown, it may be the things which we were interested in are not as readily available, and with restrictions, we have not had many opportunities to find new things to put our energy into……….and there are only so many times we can get excited about making banana bread!
It maybe we are used to enjoying things with others and again, with restrictions we are not able to see people the way we used to and while at first zoom trivial pursuit was fun……………. We may even find as a result of restrictions we feel we have lost connections with others.
