What if you’re not fine, in fact, your thinking of suicide?


We spoke about how all of us at times can reply, yeah everything is fine when sometimes it is far from fine. 

There are many degrees of things not being fine if you feel your life is at risk of suicide you need to talk to someone now

Also, speak to your GP about services which can offer support. Are there friends or family members who you could talk to or any local groups? 

You are not alone, there are people out there, and yes sometimes it takes time to find them, but it is worth the effort, your life matters.


If you have already harmed yourself and your life is at risk e.g. taking an overdose call 999 for an ambulance, or go to A&E or ask someone to call 999 for you or take you to A&E

Know you are not alone. Many people have struggled with thoughts of suicide.

There is no shame in feeling overwhelmed by life, in fact, it's what makes us human. We don't always have the answers we don't always know what to do, we do sometimes wonder can we cope with what life has thrown at us.

When we feel like this we need to talk to someone.
